Which channels can I answer from the app?
Team chats, Telegram, WhatsApp and email (Gmail, Outlook and IMAP), plus the other channels connected to your workspace.
Does the app send my messages to AI?
Only if you allow it. AI replies stay off until you give consent, and you always review a suggestion before sending it.
