The method
How AI voice minutes are counted
Sessions times length, plus the sessions that go wrong.
A session that drops after 30 seconds and starts again still uses minutes, so the estimate adds a share for dropped and repeated sessions. Headroom covers busy months. The calculator then checks every plan against the minutes, your teammates, websites and the features you need.

Voice AI platforms for developers bill per minute for speech recognition, the language model, the voice and the platform itself. Retell's pricing page, for example, shows $0.11 a minute for its default setup, with the total depending on the model and voice you pick. Phone calls add carrier fees, which this calculator leaves out because website voice runs in the browser.

How much does an AI voice agent cost per minute?
Developer platforms usually charge per minute for speech, the language model and the voice; Retell's default example is $0.11 a minute. Website voice in CRMsoftware.pro is included in each plan up to its minute limit.
How many voice minutes will my website use?
Multiply voice sessions by their average length, then add a share for dropped or repeated sessions and some headroom. Start with a small test to measure the real numbers.
Does this include phone calls?
No. The calculator covers voice conversations in the website widget, which run in the visitor's browser without a phone carrier.
What happens above the included minutes?
We do not publish an overage price. If you need more than the Scale plan includes, book a call and we will confirm pricing for your volume.
Does the calculator store my data?
No. Everything runs in your browser. The share link keeps your numbers in the address after the # sign, which is not sent to our server.
