SleekFlow costs $49–$279 a month billed yearly to start, but Pro and Premium rise with the number of contacts you talk to each month (Pro is $369 at 8,000), and WhatsApp messages come from SleekFlow's own rate card plus $15 a month per number. For AI answers and a CRM at one flat team price, try CRMsoftware.pro (from $19 a month billed yearly for 8 users; no WhatsApp broadcasts). For the closest like-for-like platform with Meta's fees at cost, respond.io. For a low-cost WhatsApp-first plan, WATI. For the lowest price, ChatMaxima. For an AI agent first, Chatling. For sales pipelines in WhatsApp and Instagram, Kommo. For open source, Chatwoot. For email and chat in one inbox, Trengo. For Instagram and TikTok automation, ManyChat.
We checked every price on the vendors' own pricing pages and help centers on October 19, 2026, from a US location, billed yearly unless we say otherwise, before tax and before WhatsApp message fees. SleekFlow's rules come from its US pricing page, help center, fair-use policy and terms. CRMsoftware.pro is our own product, so we list its limits too. No made-up scores or tests: each tool gets its real price, its pros and cons, and who it suits.
What SleekFlow costs in 2026

SleekFlow sells four plans. On Pro and Premium, the price also depends on how many contacts you talk to each month:
| Plan | Per month, billed yearly | Billed monthly | Users (extra seat) | Monthly active contacts | Channels | AI agents |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $49 | $69 | 3 ($15) | Unlimited | 5 | No (AI co-pilot only) |
| Pro | from $109 | from $139 | 10 ($25) | from 500 | 10 | 3,000 a month |
| Premium | from $279 | from $349 | 10 ($25) | from 1,000 | 10 | 5,000 a month |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom ($29) | Custom | Unlimited | from 50,000 a month |
- Essential is a shared inbox with simple automations and an AI writing co-pilot, but no AI agents, broadcasts or Flow Builder. SleekFlow says it is "rolling out by country", and you book a demo to get it.
- Pro adds AI agents, broadcasts, the Flow Builder, Shopify, Google Sheets, Zapier and Make, and the API. Premium adds HubSpot and Zoho CRM, webhooks, ticketing, several workspaces and a 60-day dedicated onboarding (otherwise $999 one-time). Enterprise adds Salesforce, PII masking and chat export.
- WhatsApp costs $15 a month per number, plus messages at SleekFlow's rate card (see below).
- Trial: 7 days of Pro at 500 contacts, no card. There is no free plan on the pricing page, although SleekFlow's own FAQ page still mentions a free plan with 50 contacts and a "USD 79" starting price.
How the price grows with contacts
| Monthly active contacts | Pro, billed yearly | Pro, billed monthly | Premium, billed yearly | Premium, billed monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 500 | $109 | $139 | – | – |
| 1,000 | $149 | $189 | $279 | $349 |
| 2,000 | $199 | $249 | $329 | $419 |
| 4,000 | $279 | $349 | $439 | $549 |
| 8,000 | $369 | $479 | $599 | $749 |
| More than 8,000 | Enterprise (custom) | |||
A monthly active contact is anyone who sends you a message, or gets one from you, in the billing month, counted once across all channels. Contacts who only receive a broadcast and don't reply aren't counted, but an emoji reaction counts as a message. If you go over your tier, SleekFlow adds 100 contacts at a time at $20 per 100, and these extra contacts last only for that month. That is $0.20 per contact, so for a lasting rise the next tier is cheaper: 2,500 contacts on Pro cost $299 a month on the 2,000 tier plus overage ($199 + 5 × $20), but $279 on the 4,000 tier. Two help articles describe an automatic move to the next tier instead (one adds a 20% buffer), so check how your workspace is set up.
SleekFlow's price depends on your country
SleekFlow has separate pricing pages for 15 markets, and they differ in more than currency. On the US page, Pro includes 10 users and 10 channels. On the Hong Kong and Singapore pages, Pro includes 3 users and Premium 5. The "Other ASEAN countries" page charges $99 a month billed yearly for Pro at 1,000 contacts with 3 users, against $149 with 10 users on the US page, and $10 a month per WhatsApp number instead of $15. Essential appears only on the US, UK, European, global and Brazilian pages. When an article quotes "$99" or "3 users" for Pro, it is usually quoting another market or an out-of-date SleekFlow page.
AI agent limits
The pricing page lists AI agents at "3,000 / month" on Pro, "5,000 / month" on Premium and "Starts with 50,000 / month" on Enterprise, without saying what is counted. SleekFlow's fair-use policy gives a different allowance: AI agent credits by contact tier, from 5,000 a month at 500 contacts to 80,000 at 8,000. SleekFlow's help article on the policy defines a credit as a response generated by an AI agent in conversations, workflows and knowledge base updates. SleekFlow publishes no price for extra AI use; if you go past the limits, it says AI agents may stop responding, and it can suspend features. The same policy caps broadcasts at 30,000 messages a month on Pro and 200,000 on Premium, and flow enrollments at 20,000 and 200,000, although the pricing page calls Flow Builder usage unlimited, subject to fair use.
WhatsApp fees and the October 2026 change
SleekFlow bills WhatsApp messages from prepaid credits at its own rate card, and these credits are never refunded. For North America it charges $0.02875 per marketing template and $0.00391 per utility template. Bird, which shows Meta's share separately on its US price list, puts Meta's fee at $0.025 and $0.0034, so SleekFlow's rates are 15% higher. Service replies cost $0.0034, the same as Meta's fee.
Since October 1, 2026, Meta charges for service replies too: each business number gets 1,000 free service messages a month, then pays the utility rate, and utility templates sent in an open conversation are charged again. If your customers have US phone numbers, Meta hasn't delivered marketing templates to them since April 1, 2025 (Canadian numbers aren't affected), so marketing broadcasts to US customers don't go out on any platform.
Why teams look for a SleekFlow alternative
- The bill grows with contacts. Between 500 and 8,000 contacts, Pro goes from $109 to $369 a month billed yearly; above 8,000 you need Enterprise.
- WhatsApp costs more than Meta's fee: 15% on templates, plus $15 a month per number.
- AI limits are unclear. The pricing page and the fair-use policy give different allowances, and no overage price is published.
- Integrations sit on higher plans: HubSpot and Zoho CRM need Premium ($279 or more), Salesforce needs Enterprise.
- Leaving is harder than joining. The pricing page lists chat export on Enterprise only, cancelling needs written notice (7 days on monthly Pro and Premium plans, 30 days on yearly ones, 30 or 60 days on Enterprise), and there are no refunds for the rest of the term.
- Email and voice: the pricing page says they are included on every plan, while SleekFlow's homepage still labels voice calls and email "Coming Soon".

What a 5-person team pays
One realistic setup: 5 people share one WhatsApp number, one Instagram account and website chat. About 2,000 contacts write in each month, and an AI agent answers about 800 of those conversations (about 2,400 AI replies, at roughly 3 per conversation). Plan fee plus the add-ons this setup needs (extra seats, AI credits or conversations, a WhatsApp number fee), billed yearly where the vendor offers it, on the cheapest plan that fits. WhatsApp message fees come on top (see the next table).
| Tool and plan | How the bill adds up | Monthly price |
|---|---|---|
| ChatMaxima Starter | $99 a year for 3 team members, plus 2 more at $50 a year each; 150,000 messages a year; ChatMaxima doesn't say whether AI replies count toward that allowance | about $16.58 |
| CRMsoftware.pro Growth | $49 flat for 20 users and 3,000 AI messages; no contact limit on our pricing page | $49 |
| Chatling Starter or Growth | Starter $20.83 for 2 seats, plus 3 seats at $10, with a 0.5-credit AI model (1,200 credits); with a 5-credit model, Growth $62.50 plus 6,000 extra credits ($60) | $50.83–$122.50 |
| Kommo Advanced (1-year term) | 5 × $29.17, with 6,250 AI credits; Kommo doesn't publish how many credits an AI reply uses | $145.85 |
| Chatwoot Startups (cloud) | 5 × $19, plus 1–3 blocks of Captain AI credits at $20 per 1,000, depending on whether the 300 included credits are per agent or per account; billed monthly | $115–$155 |
| SleekFlow Pro, 2,000-contact tier | $199 for 10 users, plus $15 for the WhatsApp number; AI agents "3,000 / month" | $214 |
| respond.io Growth, 2,500-contact tier | $239 for 10 users and 25,000 AI credits (2,400 AI replies use about 4,800–12,000); the 1,000 tier plus 1,000 extra contacts at $12 per 100 would cost $279 | $239 |
| Trengo Boost | $335 for 10 users and 6,000 conversations a year (500 a month), plus 1,500 extra conversations at $17 per 100 ($255) and 800 AI conversations at $0.28 ($224) | $814 |
| WATI Pro + Astra Pro (partial fit) | $119 for 5 users, plus $79 for the Astra AI agent; Astra answers on WhatsApp and web, not Instagram | $198 |
| ManyChat Business (partial fit) | $69 for 7,500 contacts and 5 users, plus 2 extra inbox seats at $25; no website chat | $119 |
ChatMaxima is the cheapest here, and our own plan comes second. SleekFlow costs more than most tools here (only respond.io and Trengo cost more), and its price moves with contacts: at 4,000 contacts Pro is $279, at 8,000 it is $369. Flat and per-user plans don't change with contacts, but their AI allowance limits how much the AI can answer: CRMsoftware.pro Growth covers about 1,000 AI conversations a month and Scale ($99) about 3,300. Check your own numbers with our AI chatbot pricing calculator.
Then add WhatsApp. Meta's fee applies on every platform, and some vendors bill from their own rate card instead of passing Meta's fee through. US rates per message in October 2026:
| Vendor | Marketing template | Utility template | Service reply (after 1,000 free) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meta's fee (as listed by Bird) | $0.025 | $0.0034 | $0.0034 |
| respond.io, ChatMaxima, Chatling, Kommo, Chatwoot | Meta's fee, with no markup or paid to Meta through your own account | ||
| Trengo | Meta's rates, paid from a prepaid Trengo balance | ||
| SleekFlow | $0.02875 | $0.00391 | $0.0034 |
| ManyChat | $0.0287 | $0.0039 | $0.0034 |
| WATI Growth and Pro | $0.0400 | $0.0061 | $0.0041 |
Meta isn't delivering marketing templates to US numbers right now, so for US customers the utility and service columns matter most. For other countries, ask each vendor for its rate card: SleekFlow publishes rates for each market in its help center.
The 9 best SleekFlow alternatives
1. CRMsoftware.pro: best for AI answers and a CRM at one team price

CRMsoftware.pro is our product, so judge this section with that in mind. SleekFlow tracks contacts through lifecycle stages; CRMsoftware.pro has a separate deal pipeline as well as an inbox. The AI agent answers on your website, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger and Slack, with an email inbox in beta, hands over to a person, and turns each conversation into a contact and a deal, with bookings and AI voice in the same product. The price depends on users and AI messages, not on how many contacts write to you.
Price (Oct 19, 2026): Free for 3 users and 100 AI messages a month on website chat (AI only: no human handover or unified inbox). Launch $19/mo billed yearly ($24 monthly) for 8 users, 1,000 AI messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger and Slack, human handover and a unified inbox. Growth $49 ($59) for 20 users and 3,000 AI messages. Scale $99 ($119) for 50 users and 10,000 AI messages. Each AI reply to a customer counts as one message; replies from your team don't count.
Pros: one flat price for the team, with no contact tiers; AI messages included in every plan; a deal pipeline, bookings and AI voice built in.
Cons: our pages list no WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and no TikTok, LINE, WeChat or SMS channels; the email inbox is still in beta; a fixed number of AI messages per plan.
Best for: small sales and support teams whose customers write in on WhatsApp and the website, and who want the pipeline in the same place.
SleekFlow Pro costs $199 a month at 2,000 contacts and $369 at 8,000, billed yearly, plus $15 per WhatsApp number. Compare that with one flat plan for the whole team. Start free, no card needed, or see pricing.
2. respond.io: best like-for-like SleekFlow alternative

respond.io works the same way as SleekFlow: an omnichannel inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, LINE, Viber, WeChat, website chat, email, SMS and calls, with AI agents, workflows and broadcasts, priced by monthly active contacts. The main difference is WhatsApp: respond.io passes Meta's fees through with no markup.
Price (Oct 19, 2026): Starter $79/mo billed yearly ($99 monthly) for 5 users and unlimited contacts, without AI agents, workflows or broadcasts. Growth from $159 ($199) for 10 users and 1,000 contacts: $239 at 2,500, $319 at 5,000 and $449 at 10,000 billed yearly. Advanced from $279 ($349). Extra users $12–$24 a month billed yearly. Extra contacts $12 per 100 on Growth. 7-day trial, no card. See our respond.io alternatives for the full price grid.
Pros: no markup on WhatsApp; calls on every plan; Starter has unlimited contacts; MAC tiers up to 10,000 before custom pricing.
Cons: AI agents start at $159; AI use above the included credits costs $15 per 1,000; no deal pipeline; SOC 2 isn't claimed, while SleekFlow has it.
Best for: teams that like SleekFlow's model but send a lot of WhatsApp messages.
3. WATI: best low-cost WhatsApp-first plan

WATI is a WhatsApp-first inbox that also handles Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and a website widget, with broadcasts, no-code chatbots, click-to-WhatsApp ads and Shopify cart and order templates.

Pros: a low entry price for a WhatsApp-first inbox; no contact tiers; 15,000 broadcasts a month even on Growth.
Cons: WATI's rate card charges $0.0061 per US utility message on Growth and Pro, against $0.00391 at SleekFlow, and $0.04 per marketing message; Growth is capped at 3 users; the AI agent costs extra and doesn't cover Instagram.
Best for: small WhatsApp-first teams that mostly send broadcasts and notifications. See our WATI alternatives for more options in this group.
4. ChatMaxima: best for the lowest price

ChatMaxima is a shared inbox and chatbot builder for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, website chat, email and SMS, with its MaxIA AI assistant and AI chatbots that can use built-in AI models or your own provider key.

Pro $499 a year ($99 monthly) for 5 workspaces and 15 team members. Max $1,499 a year ($299 monthly) with unlimited team members. Contacts are unlimited on every plan. ChatMaxima says you pay Meta directly for WhatsApp, with no markup. 7-day trial, no card. Pros: by far the lowest price in this list; no contact tiers; no WhatsApp markup.
Cons: its pages don't say whether AI replies count toward the monthly message allowance; one account per channel on Starter; no security certifications listed on its pricing page.
Best for: small teams and agencies on a tight budget.

Chatling is an AI agent builder: you train an agent on your website and documents, then put it on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram, with a team inbox to take over chats.

Starter $21/mo billed yearly ($25 monthly) for 2 seats and 1,750 AI credits; Growth $63 ($75) for 5 seats and 6,000 credits; Scale $246 ($295) for 10 seats and 35,000 credits. Extra seats $10, extra credits $10 per 1,000. An AI reply uses 0.5 to 25 credits, depending on the AI model you pick. WhatsApp fees are paid to Meta through your own account.
Pros: low entry price; WhatsApp and Instagram from Starter; you choose the AI model and its cost.
Cons: no broadcasts; the bill depends on the model's credit cost; small seat counts.
Best for: teams that mainly want AI to answer questions on several channels.
6. Kommo: best for sales pipelines in WhatsApp and Instagram

Kommo, formerly amoCRM, is a CRM built around messaging: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and website chat conversations land in sales pipelines, with AI agents and automation. SleekFlow tracks contacts through lifecycle stages; Kommo tracks deals.
Price (Oct 19, 2026): Base $20.84, Advanced $29.17 and Pro $37.50 per user a month on a 1-year term ($25, $35 and $45 on the 6-month minimum; no monthly billing). Base includes 1 WhatsApp number and 1 Instagram account, Advanced 3 of each, Pro unlimited. AI credits: 750, 1,250 or 2,250 per user a month; AI agents start on Advanced. Meta bills WhatsApp fees to you directly. 14-day trial.
Pros: a real sales pipeline; no contact tiers (but 2,500 to 10,000 leads per user); no markup on WhatsApp.
Cons: per-user pricing; a 6-month minimum term; Kommo doesn't publish how many credits an AI reply uses.
Best for: sales teams that close deals in chat apps.
7. Chatwoot: best open-source SleekFlow alternative

Chatwoot is an open-source support inbox for website chat, email, WhatsApp and other messaging channels, with the Captain AI agent. You can use its cloud or host it yourself.

Startups $19, Business $39 and Enterprise $99 per agent a month, with all channels and 300, 500 or 800 Captain AI credits a month; extra credits $20 per 1,000, and an AI reply uses one credit. Pros: free self-hosting and full control of your data; no contact tiers; you connect your own WhatsApp Cloud API account, so Meta bills you directly.
Cons: per-agent pricing; a small AI allowance; Startups keeps data for 1 year; automation rules rather than a visual flow builder like SleekFlow's.
Best for: technical teams that want control of their data or a free start.
8. Trengo: best for email and chat in one inbox

Trengo puts email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other channels in one team inbox, with its HelpMate AI; voice calling is an add-on. It shows prices in euros by default; the USD prices are below.

Pros: email and messaging in one inbox; 10 users included; WhatsApp at Meta's rates.
Cons: conversation caps and a per-conversation AI fee add up fast; broadcasts and voice cost extra.

When to stay on SleekFlow
- You only need a shared inbox. Essential at $49 a month billed yearly has unlimited contacts, if it is offered in your country.
- You sell in Asia. SleekFlow has local pricing for Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the UAE and other markets, and support in APAC, EMEA and LATAM time zones on Premium.
- Compliance matters. SleekFlow lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, and data residency in Hong Kong, Singapore, the US, Europe and the UAE.
- Your AI agents act on Shopify orders. Shopify actions for AI agents are on Premium and Enterprise.
How to choose
- Count your monthly active contacts, not just users. On contact-priced tools (SleekFlow, respond.io, ManyChat), that number sets the price.
- Price the plan for your country. SleekFlow's seats and prices change by market, so compare the page for the country you are billed in.
- Get each vendor's WhatsApp rate card for your customers' countries: Meta's fee (respond.io, ChatMaxima, Chatling, Kommo, Chatwoot, Trengo) or the vendor's own rates (SleekFlow, WATI, ManyChat, Bird).
- Check how AI is billed: a monthly allowance under fair use (SleekFlow), credits per reply (respond.io, Chatling, Chatwoot), a separate subscription (WATI Astra), a fee per AI conversation (Trengo), or messages included in a flat plan (CRMsoftware.pro).
- Decide where deals live. SleekFlow has lifecycle stages and a Kanban view; Kommo and CRMsoftware.pro have a deal pipeline.
- Test with real traffic during the trial: connect one channel, run a week of conversations and read the usage page.
How to switch from SleekFlow and keep your data
- Export your contacts. Any contact list exports to CSV. Do it before your subscription ends.
- Save the chats you need. SleekFlow's pricing page lists chat export only on Enterprise (its FAQ lists conversation export with no plan limit). On other plans, save important conversations, or ask SleekFlow before you cancel. The API (Pro and up) can read contacts and messages.
- Move your WhatsApp number. SleekFlow says the number, quality rating, approved templates, display name, messaging limits and green tick move with it; Meta's migration step takes about 10 to 15 minutes, with 5 to 10 minutes of downtime. Chat history doesn't move.
- Use up your WhatsApp credits. SleekFlow never refunds prepaid WhatsApp credits, so don't top up before you leave.
- Write down your setup. Note your flows, lifecycle stages and AI agent instructions; you will rebuild them in the new tool.
- Time the cancellation. Plans renew automatically. On Pro and Premium, give written notice at least 7 days before the end of a monthly term or 30 days before the end of a yearly one (Enterprise: 30 or 60 days). SleekFlow gives no refunds if you leave early, and you still owe the rest of the term.

It depends on why you are leaving. For the same model with Meta's WhatsApp fees at cost, respond.io. For a low-cost WhatsApp plan, WATI. For the lowest price, ChatMaxima. For an AI agent first, Chatling. For sales pipelines, Kommo. For open source, Chatwoot. For email and chat, Trengo. For Instagram and TikTok, ManyChat. For AI answers and a CRM at one flat price, CRMsoftware.pro.
Is SleekFlow free?
No. The pricing page has no free plan, only a 7-day Pro trial without a card; after day 7 the workspace is locked until you subscribe. SleekFlow's own FAQ page still mentions a free plan with 50 contacts, but the pricing page doesn't offer one. The cheapest plan is Essential at $49 a month billed yearly, where it is available.
How much does SleekFlow cost in 2026?
On the US page on October 19, 2026: Essential $49, Pro from $109 and Premium from $279 a month billed yearly ($69, $139 and $349 monthly). Pro and Premium rise with monthly active contacts, to $369 and $599 at 8,000 contacts. Each WhatsApp number costs $15 a month, plus message fees from SleekFlow's rate card. Prices and included seats differ in other countries.
Is SleekFlow better than respond.io?
They work the same way: both price by monthly active contacts and include AI agents on mid-tier plans. SleekFlow starts lower (Pro $109 for 500 contacts, $149 for 1,000, against respond.io Growth at $159 for 1,000) and lists SOC 2. respond.io passes Meta's WhatsApp fees through at cost, includes calls on every plan and lets you export chats on any plan.
Is SleekFlow cheaper than WATI?
Only on the entry plan: SleekFlow Essential ($49 a month billed yearly, where offered) costs less than WATI Growth ($59 for 3 users), but it has no broadcasts. With broadcasts, WATI is cheaper: SleekFlow Pro starts at $109, and WATI has no contact tiers. But WATI charges more per WhatsApp message ($0.0061 per US utility message on Growth and Pro, against $0.00391 at SleekFlow) and sells its AI agent separately ($79 a month).
Does SleekFlow mark up WhatsApp fees?
SleekFlow bills WhatsApp from its own rate card and doesn't call it a markup. Its US template rates ($0.02875 marketing, $0.00391 utility) are 15% above Meta's fees as Bird lists them ($0.025 and $0.0034); service replies cost the same as Meta's fee. Each WhatsApp number also costs $15 a month.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number if I leave SleekFlow?
Yes. The number, quality rating, approved templates, display name, messaging limits and green tick move to the new provider, with about 5 to 10 minutes of downtime. Your chat history doesn't move, and SleekFlow lists chat export only on Enterprise.
Is there a free or open-source alternative to SleekFlow?
Yes. Chatwoot's Community Edition is free to self-host, and its cloud has a free plan for 2 agents on website chat. Chatling, ManyChat and CRMsoftware.pro have free plans with small limits, and Bird's inbox is free (you pay per message).
