Bitrix24 charges one flat price per company, from $49 a month billed yearly for 5 users to $99 for 50, but its AI is limited unless you move to Standard Vibe+ or higher. For a CRM, tasks, team chat and AI at one flat price, try CRMsoftware.pro (from $19 a month billed yearly for 8 users). For the closest all-in-one suite, Zoho One. For open source, Odoo. For a free CRM with a big ecosystem, HubSpot. For selling in WhatsApp and Instagram, Kommo. For a low-cost CRM with projects, Flowlu. For visual workflows, monday CRM. For tasks and projects with chat, ClickUp. For a pure sales pipeline, Pipedrive.
We checked every price on the vendors' own pricing pages and help centers on October 15, 2026, from a US location, billed yearly unless we say otherwise, before tax. Bitrix24's rules come from its pricing pages, help center and terms. CRMsoftware.pro is our own product, so we list its limits too. No made-up scores or tests: each tool gets its real price, its pros and cons, and who it suits.
What Bitrix24 costs in 2026

Bitrix24 sells blocks of users at one price per organization, not per user. Its regular plans are now called Essentials:
| Plan | Per month, billed yearly | Billed monthly | Users | Storage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | "1–2 users" on the pricing card | 5 GB |
| Basic | $49 | $69 | 5 | 24 GB |
| Standard | $99 | $144 | 50 | 100 GB |
| Professional | $199 | $289 | 100 | 1 TB |
| Enterprise | from $399 | from $579 | 250 to 10,000 | from 3 TB |
- Free plan. Basic CRM with 1 pipeline, tasks, calendars, chat and video calls, and 5 automation rules in the plan comparison. No telephony, no Market apps and no contact export. The pricing card says "for 1–2 users", while the FAQ on the same page and the plan comparison still say you can add unlimited users, so check before you invite your team.
- Yearly billing saves about 30% on Essentials plans. The "Save up to 40%" badge refers to the Vibe+ launch prices.
- Limits that push you up a plan: pipelines (1, 5, 10, 20, then unlimited), leads (from Standard), workflows and smart process automation (from Professional), and backup restores (from Standard). Backups are kept for 7 days, or 30 on Enterprise.
- Trial: 15 days of Professional Vibe+, with unlimited AI and no card.
Bitrix24 Vibe+ plans and AI limits

In September 2026 Bitrix24 split each plan into Essentials and Vibe+. Vibe+ adds Vibecode (an AI app builder) and keeps unlimited Market apps, the REST API, unlimited AI and an MCP server for AI tools. Bitrix24's help center says those are no longer part of Essentials; existing paid customers keep their current features at least through November 30, 2026, and some annual plans longer.
| Vibe+ plan | Launch price, billed yearly | Billed monthly | Users | AI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Vibe+ | $59 | $89 | 5 | Limited |
| Standard Vibe+ | $120 | $199 | 50 | Unlimited |
| Professional Vibe+ | $240 | $399 | 100 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise Vibe+ | from $480 | from $799 | 250+ | Unlimited |
- The yearly prices are a launch offer, valid from September 1 to December 10, 2026 for 12-month subscriptions. Bitrix24 says "All future subscription renewals will be billed at regular prices" and does not show those regular yearly prices.
- AI is "Limited" on every Essentials plan and on Basic Vibe+. Bitrix24 publishes no number for that limit. Unlimited AI requests start with Standard Vibe+.
- Where AI requests go: Bitrix24's AI terms say requests "will be transmitted to the USA for processing" by OpenAI.
Bitrix24 On-Premise
The self-hosted edition starts at $3,590 a year for 50 users (Business), then $5,990 for 100, $10,990 for 250 and $17,990 for 500. Enterprise for 1,000+ users costs $24,990. Each license includes one year, and renewal costs 50% of the edition price every year. After a 14-day grace period, an unrenewed copy is locked.
Is Bitrix24 a Russian company?
Bitrix24 has Russian roots. A December 2023 report by The Record names 1C-Bitrix, a Russian company, as its parent, and the Russian site bitrix24.ru is run by 1C-Bitrix LLC. The international service at bitrix24.com is sold by other companies:
- US and most countries: Alaio Inc., Alexandria, Virginia (the site footer now reads "© 2026 Alaio").
- Europe: Alaio Cloud Limited, Limassol, Cyprus.
- India only: Bitrix24 India Private Limited, Bangalore. So Bitrix24 is not an Indian company; this entity only bills customers in India.
- Not served: these entities don't sell to customers in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and the Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania).
- Data: Bitrix24 says .com accounts are hosted in the United States. Its sub-processor list (July 2025) puts storage on Amazon AWS in Northern Virginia, processing servers in Dublin, Ireland, and names a Russian company, Bitrix Distribution Ltd, for technical support.
Why teams look for a Bitrix24 alternative
- Prices jump in blocks. A 6th user moves you from Basic ($49) to Standard ($99), and a 51st to Professional ($199).
- AI is capped on regular plans. Unlimited AI needs Standard Vibe+ at $120 a month billed yearly on the launch offer, with renewal at an unpublished regular price.
- The Free plan is narrow. 1 pipeline, 5 automation rules, no telephony and no contact export, and the pricing page now shows "1–2 users".
- The API moved to Vibe+. Bitrix24 says the REST API is no longer part of Essentials plans; existing customers keep it at least through November 30, 2026. Essentials still lists webhooks in automation rules.
- Vendor and data questions. Russian roots, a Russian support sub-processor, and AI requests processed by OpenAI in the US.
- No refunds. The terms say payments are "not fully or partially refundable".

What a 10-person team pays
One common case: 10 people need a sales CRM with pipelines, tasks and projects, and internal team chat. Billed yearly, on the cheapest plan that covers all three. Where a tool has no team chat, we add Microsoft Teams Essentials ($4 per user, paid yearly); where it has no projects, OpenProject Basic cloud ($7.25 per user billed yearly, 5-user minimum):
| Tool and plan | How the bill adds up | Monthly price |
|---|---|---|
| CRMsoftware.pro Growth | $49 flat for up to 20 users, with CRM, tasks, projects and Gantt, team chat, video calls and 3,000 AI messages | $49 |
| ClickUp Unlimited | 10 × $7; chat and Gantt included; the CRM is built from lists and custom fields; AI is a $9 per user add-on | $70 |
| Flowlu Essential | 10 × $9; CRM, projects with Gantt and group chat | $90 |
| Bitrix24 Standard (for reference) | $99 flat for up to 50 users; AI limited (unlimited from Standard Vibe+, $120 on the launch offer) | $99 |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Starter + Teams Essentials | 10 × $7 + 10 × $4; projects included in HubSpot | $110 |
| monday CRM Standard + Teams Essentials | 10 × $17 + 10 × $4; projects run on boards with Timeline view (from Standard); the Client projects module is on the top plan only | $210 |
| Odoo Standard | 10 × $24.90 in the first year, then 10 × $31.10 | $249 ($311 from year 2) |
| Kommo Base (1-year term) + OpenProject Basic | 10 × $20.84 + 10 × $7.25; Kommo includes team chat | $280.90 |
| Pipedrive Lite + Projects add-on + Teams Essentials | 10 × $14 + Projects from $16.66 per user + 10 × $4 | from $346.60 |
| Zoho One (all-employee pricing) | 10 × $37; every employee must be licensed | $370 |
Team size changes the order, because Bitrix24 and CRMsoftware.pro charge flat prices while the others charge per user. Monthly price billed yearly:
| Tool | 5 users | 10 users | 25 users | 50 users |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CRMsoftware.pro | $19 (Launch) | $49 (Growth) | $99 (Scale) | $99 (Scale) |
| Bitrix24 | $49 (Basic) | $99 (Standard) | $99 (Standard) | $99 (Standard) |
| ClickUp Unlimited | $35 | $70 | $175 | $350 |
| Flowlu | $45 (Essential) | $90 (Essential) | $425 (Advanced) | $1,200 (Ultimate) |
| HubSpot Starter + Teams Essentials | $55 | $110 | $275 | $550 |
| Odoo Standard (first year) | $124.50 | $249 | $622.50 | $1,245 |
| Zoho One (all-employee) | $185 | $370 | $925 | $1,850 |
Flowlu's help center caps Essential at 20 seats and Advanced at 40, and calls larger teams custom, so confirm the 50-user price. At 25–50 users, Bitrix24's flat Standard plan is hard to beat on price; per-user tools only win for small teams or when you need far fewer tools. The 9 best Bitrix24 alternatives
1. CRMsoftware.pro: best for CRM, tasks, team chat and AI at one flat price

CRMsoftware.pro is our product, so judge this section with that in mind. Like Bitrix24, it charges one price for a block of users and puts the CRM, tasks and team chat in one workspace. It adds AI agents that answer customers on your website, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger and Slack, with an email inbox in beta, and turn each conversation into a contact and a deal.
Price (Oct 15, 2026): Free for 3 users, 100 AI messages a month, 1 pipeline and basic tasks. Launch $19/mo billed yearly ($24 monthly) for 8 users, 1,000 AI messages, 3 pipelines, tasks, projects, Gantt and time tracking, team chat and video calls, and quotes, invoices and payment links. Growth $49 ($59) for 20 users, 3,000 AI messages, unlimited pipelines and the CRM AI Co-Pilot. Scale $99 ($119) for 50 users, 10,000 AI messages, HubSpot and Salesforce sync and the REST API.
Pros: flat price per team; AI messages included in every plan, with no per-seat AI fees; customer-facing AI agents and the CRM in one product.

Best for: small sales and support teams that use Bitrix24 mainly for the CRM, tasks and chat and want AI that talks to customers.
If your team is past 5 users but far from 50, compare Bitrix24 Standard ($99) with a plan sized for 8 or 20 users. Start free, no card needed, or see pricing.

When to stay on Bitrix24
- Your team has 20–50 people. Standard at $99 a month flat covers 50 users, which per-user tools rarely beat.
- You use the whole suite: telephony with rented numbers, websites and online stores, HR tools and the drive.
- You need self-hosting and accept the yearly renewal at 50% of the license price.
- You locked in a Vibe+ launch price. Re-check the regular price before the 12 months end.
How to choose
- List the Bitrix24 tools you really use. CRM only, CRM plus tasks, or the whole suite with telephony and sites.
- Price your team size, including the next hire: flat blocks and per-user prices cross at different points.
- Check how AI is billed: limited or unlimited by plan (Bitrix24), credits per user (Kommo), credits per account (HubSpot, monday CRM), a per-user add-on (ClickUp) or messages included in a flat plan (CRMsoftware.pro).
- Check where your data lives and which companies process it.
- Test with real data during a trial: import a CSV of your deals and run a week of tasks.
How to switch from Bitrix24 and keep your data
- Export the CRM. From each list view (leads, deals, contacts, companies, estimates, invoices and smart processes), export to CSV or Excel. In Contacts, only records with the "Included in export" option turned on are exported. Contact export isn't available on the Free plan, so export before you downgrade.
- Export tasks. Tasks export to Excel with their fields, but comments are not included.
- Download your files. Sync the Drive to your computer with the Bitrix24 desktop app, or download files directly. Bitrix24 says even users with read-only access can download files.
- Save chats you need. We found no chat export in Bitrix24's help center, so copy important decisions before you leave.
- Keep your workflow logic. Workflow templates export as files and settings as JSON, so you can rebuild automations in the new tool.
- Time the cancellation. Payments are not refundable. When a paid plan expires, you get a 15-day grace period, then the account switches to the Free plan. You must remove anything the Free plan doesn't allow (extra pipelines, Drive files over 5 GB, your own domain) within 15 days, or Bitrix24 suspends access until you upgrade, so finish your exports first. To delete a paid account, Bitrix24 asks you to email privacy@bitrix24.com, and deletion takes up to 30 days.
